Clare Sambrook
Clare Sambrook is a novelist, freelance journalist and a founder of the citizens’ campaign End Child Detention Now. She founded and edits the Shine A Light investigative project at openDemocracy. In 2010, she won both the Paul Foot Award and the Bevins Prize for outstanding investigative journalism. In 2013 and 2015, she was nominated for the Orwell Prize.
